The 2022 Annual Conference is scheduled to take place from May 5-7, 2022 at the Hilton Lac-Leamy located in Gatineau, Quebec, just minutes away from downtown Ottawa.
The CNS Annual Conference is a forum for the presentation of scientific research spanning basic, regulatory/policy, clinical and community nutrition research. It offers an exceptional learning environment and brings together a range of expertise, including food and nutrition researchers, healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, industry representatives, government officials, and future leaders. Our conference program is dynamic and brings some of the best expertise together to offer an excellent learning experience for all of our delegates. We are committed to maintaining this same quality experience in 2022, this includes our Poster and Oral presentations, networking, as well as the chance to be inspired by some of our exceptional award winners.
The CNS 2022 conference program is now live!
With the gradual easing of public health restrictions by the province of Quebec (where the CNS 2022 Annual Conference is being held), we are excited to proceed with hosting this year’s conference in a hybrid format. This format will provide the option to attend either in-person (full program) or virtual/live-stream (partial program). CNS will continue to follow all public health measures, and will be striving to offer a space where delegates can feel comfortable. Our conference venue has access to plenty of outdoor amenities, including a 2.7 km recreational trail around lac Leamy, indoor/outdoor pool, and easy access to gardens, paths, and terraces for fresh air breaks and networking.
Please consider your personal comfort and risk tolerance when deciding to register as an in-person attendee. Be advised that applicable public health mandates, regulations, and/or restrictions may be added, adjusted, or removed by authorities in the period leading up to and during the conference. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate through these unprecedented times.
We hope you can join us!
